These simple terms cover your use of GalleryMint: Photo Cleaner ("GalleryMint", "the app"). By using the app, you agree to them.

1. What GalleryMint does

GalleryMint helps you clean your gallery — find junk photos, WhatsApp media, screenshots, duplicates and large videos, then review and remove what you do not want. You always review before anything is deleted, and your photos stay on your phone.

2. Your responsibility

You decide what to keep and what to remove. Please review your selection before confirming a delete. Once you confirm, removal happens on your device. We recommend keeping a backup of photos that matter to you, as removing photos frees up space and cannot always be undone.

3. Free and premium

You can try GalleryMint for free, subject to fair-use limits. Premium features are available through a purchase or subscription handled by Google Play Billing. Prices, billing and refunds are governed by Google Play. Check the Play listing for current pricing.

4. Acceptable use

Please use the app only for cleaning your own gallery on your own device, and do not attempt to misuse, reverse-engineer or disrupt the app or its services.

5. Privacy

Your use of GalleryMint is also covered by our Privacy Policy. Your photos stay on your phone and are not uploaded.

6. No warranty

GalleryMint is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We work hard to keep it safe and reliable, but we cannot guarantee it will be error-free or available at all times.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, GalleryMint is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including loss of photos or data. You are responsible for keeping backups of important photos.

8. Changes

We may update these terms as the app evolves. We will update the "Last updated" date above when we do.
